FdM-training.de is an online portal for collecting and evaluating data from surveys with participants in the LbM leadership training series. This online survey will provide us with the information we need about each course participant and allow us to evaluate findings professionally.

“LbM” stands for Leadership by Motivation. Our LbM training series offers innovative leadership training based on the latest research findings. Our courses were developed by Prof. Dr. Hugo M. Kehr of the Technical University in Munich, Germany. They are carried out by Kehr Management Consulting GmbH.
